Taiha Joy || moksha
Taiha began practicing yoga alongside her grandmother, and at first, she loved the physical aspects of her practice, but she soon discovered that yoga had a calming effect on her whole day. She was drawn to Moksha by the promise of heat and community. Taiha teaches in an intuitive way, tuning in to the mood of the room and tailoring her cues accordingly. Her goal is to leave students feeling deeply relaxed.
