Meredith has been practicing yoga since 2008, when she began studying at Dalhousie University in Halifax. By the time her undergrad degree was finished, she knew teaching yoga was the right move for her. In Meredith’s class, new students will find a supportive atmosphere, and experienced students will find clear, concise cues that still offer lots of challenge. Meredith focuses especially on mindfulness and breath work—both on and off the mat.
