With a background in theatre performance, and a lifelong diagnosis of cystic fibrosis, Jeremie Saunders brings a sense of humour, a sense of wonder, and a sense of balance to his teaching. Expect teaching that is deceptively casual in style, while also opening the door to a deeper understanding of yoga, and what it is to be alive on the mat. Jeremie’s aim as a teacher is to have people stop taking their breath for granted. He believes yoga is the perfect vehicle to remind us of the power of listening to our breath—and that camel pose, and the super big, deep, rich inhale that come with it, is the perfect antidote to road rage.
