A regular in Moksha for the past 8 years, Emily has practiced her way through life in both Montreal and Halifax, good times and challenging times. Looking for a way to complement her yoga practice, Emily dove into Pilates and Barre classes, and it was love at first muscle burn! Trained in the Rio Method, Emily O’Brien brings a sassy personality (and playlist) to her classes, so you can’t help but have a fun time. Emily aims to also make sure you work hard and efficiently, and teaches with attentiveness to technical form so you can maintain proper posture. Don’t be surprised if you erupt into spontaneous laughter even as you feel the muscle burn!
