The following terms and conditions relate to purchases made through MindBody Online.  By using our website and making online purchases you agree to all terms and conditions.

1. All passes are non-refundable
2. All passes are non-transferable except the Moksha Monthly Membership, which can be used at Moksha Yoga Bedford with presentation of your VIP card.
3. All prices are in Canadian dollars. (CAD)
4. Class packages are good at Moksha Yoga Halifax only and cannot be used at any other Moksha Studio. This is excluding the Interstudio Pass for $1550, which can be used at any Moksha studio, and must be purchased through Moksha Yoga International (www.mokshayoga.ca) and the Moksha Monthly Membership, which can be used for unlimited classes at Moksha Yoga Bedford, and limited classes at Moksha Yoga St. John's, Moksha Yoga Charlottetown, and Moksha Yoga Fredericton.
5. There are no expiry dates on class cards.
6. Unlimited monthly / yearly passes expire according to type of pass and date of activation.

All services purchased from Moksha Yoga Halifax must be preceded by the applicant acknowledging, by way of completing a waiver form, that he/she has no physical limitations preventing him/her from participation.

All applicants under the age of 18 years (16 years minimum) must have consent, in written form, from a parent or guardian.

The applicant agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the studio. Moksha Yoga Halifax also reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions and prices at our discretion. If we make any significant change to this policy, we will provide notice of the changes on this website.

Furthermore, all applicants release Moksha Yoga Halifax, its owners, directors, managers and all employees of all liability regarding 1) any injury to self or child 2) any loss or damage to personal property.

If purchasing packages that require payments to be made in installments, the applicant agrees to approve such installments be made by credit card on the dates as predetermined in the services contract.

Registration & Purchase 
To purchase from Moksha Yoga Halifax online system, you must be over eighteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.
