Chantel1 You live with yourself for whatever amount of years you've been on this earth and you think you have some idea of who you are. Then you come to this training and it's like there's this whole other brand new person that's been waiting to show itself at the perfect moment. Peace isn't easy to find or hold on to. However, once you've had a taste of it there's no going back, you're on a constant search for how to achieve and maintain it.   • Moksha Flow

    A challenging, healthy, hot yoga FLOW sequence. Postures are linked with breath and downward-upward dog flow sequences.

  • Moksha with live music

    A Moksha/Modo class accompanied by live music. As awesome as it sounds.

  • Yin

    Long, deep holds to relax and restore joints and muscles.

  • Yang Yin

    Fusing the flow of the active yang-style from the Moksha Flow classes with some more relaxing and deepening stretches from yin yoga to round out your practice.

  • Moksha Level 2

    A challenging and healthy intermediate hot yoga sequence with a short meditation and an extended savasana. Not suitable for beginners.

  • Moksha Flow With Music

    A challenging, healthy, hot yoga FLOW sequence. Postures are linked with breath and downward-upward dog flow sequences. Set to the teacher’s music.

  • Yogassage

    You get a massage while you’re in a yoga pose – possibly the most relaxing experience in the world!┬áPlease pre-register. Not included in any pass or membership.

  • Karma Class

    A reduced-fee Moksha/Modo class. All proceeds support not-for-profit organizations.

  • Ashtanga

    A flowing progressive series of postures, which generates deep internal heat. This class is all levels, and it is not heated.

  • Savasana

    A VERY relaxing 1 pose class. Just lie on your back and breath. Just kidding, this is not a real class but we think savasana can change the world!
